Can I keep my number?

Yes! The majority of our customers transfer or “port” their number over from other wireless carriers like Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile. It only takes a few minutes on average to switch from your current provider to REALLY once you have a transfer PIN from your existing carrier (see: how to get your Port Out PIN), and you can do everything on our website or in our app.

Keeping your number is quick and easy with REALLY. The process usually takes only a few seconds once you have your number released and your transfer PIN from your existing provider.
**You can always keep your number and transfer it to an unlocked phone, the issue most people run into is making sure the phone is unlocked (paid off).** see: Is my phone unlocked? How do I unlock my phone?
Every provider has different instructions on how to get your transfer PIN, but don’t worry it’s not hard and we can walk you through each step over the phone, via text or you can do it yourself by following the below guides:

After you checkout at REALLY.com, you’ll enter your transfer PIN, account number from the carrier you’re switching from, and the zipcode from the carrier you’re switching from. Once we complete the number transfer, you will receive a QR code to scan and activate your REALLY service with a fresh eSIM. Once you enter the transfer information you can activate in just a few seconds.
