REALLY is America’s only private mobile carrier with nationwide 5G coverage. We can’t sell your data like big wireless does, because we don’t keep your information.
Information you provide
Account Information. You register a phone number and device information when you become a subscriber of REALLY. Your phone number is used to provide our Services to you. You may optionally add other information to your account, such as your email for additional security purposes.
Billing Information. REALLY does not store credit card information or personal information associated with your billing. REALLY partners with Stripe to process your billing information.
Geolocation Data. Imprecise location data, such as general location of devices or IP address. This is used for provisioning, development, and optimization of our Services; and to comply with applicable laws.
Location-Based Services. If you choose to enable WiFi calling, you will need to add an e911 address. In the case of an emergency and if we have the information. we use location information to route wireless communications and to provide 911 service, which allows emergency services to locate your general location. We may disclose, without your consent, the approximate location of a wireless device to a governmental entity or law enforcement authority when we are served with lawful process and to comply with CALEA regulations. It is important that you understand the location capabilities and settings of your device, and that you carefully read and understand the terms under which these services are provided – whether by us or another entity. You should carefully review the privacy policies and other terms of third parties with whom you have authorized the sharing of your location information, and you should consider the risks involved in disclosing your location information to other people. Where we provide a location-based service, you will receive notice of the location features of the service and collection of location data is with your consent. You will be provided options for managing when and how such information should be shared.
Customer Support. If you contact our Customer Success team, any personal data you may share with us is kept only for the purposes of researching the issue and contacting you about your case. We do not sell or externally distribute any information provided to us.
Managing your information. You can manage your personal information inside of your subscriber dashboard or by contacting support. For example, you can update your profile information or choose to enable additional privacy features like a recovery phrase for non-PII identity verification and a SIM PIN for added security.
Information we may share
Third Parties. We work with third parties to provide some of our Services. For example, our Third-Party Providers help to facilitate account management and billing with our customers. These providers are bound by their Privacy Policies to safeguard that information. If you use other Third-Party Services like YouTube, Spotify, Giphy, etc. in connection with our Services, their Terms and Privacy Policies govern your use of those services.
Other instances where REALLY may need to share the extremely limited data we keep for operational purposes
- To meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
- To enforce applicable Terms, including investigation of potential violations.
- To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
- To protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of REALLY, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
Security of your information
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect Personal Information, and our systems are designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized usage on shared computers in that users are required to log in through our applications.
We can’t guarantee our safeguards will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose personal data. Be sure to use a strong password to access your information and not one you use for other services. You should also use multi-factor authentication where possible.
Updates
We will update this privacy policy as needed so that it is current, accurate, and as clear as possible. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our updated Privacy Policy.
