How to Request and Activate a New eSIM in Your REALLY Account
An eSIM is a convenient and flexible way to manage your mobile connectivity without needing a physical SIM card. If you are an existing REALLY customer looking to request a new eSIM for your new phone (and keep your number) this guide provides step-by-step instructions to streamline the process.
Steps to Request a New eSIM
Log In to Your REALLY Account at my.really.com or in our app.
Go to “Billing and Lines”
Click the gear shaped icon next to the phone number you’re moving to new phone
Click Request New eSIM and follow the prompts. Be sure you’re on WiFi when you reinstall the eSIM just like when you initially signed up.
Activating Your eSIM on a Device
After receiving your new eSIM via email or text, you’ll need to activate it on your phone. Here’s how to do this:
Open Cellular Settings: Go to your phone’s settings and open the 'Cellular' or 'Mobile Network' section.
Follow Device-Specific Instructions: Use the on-screen prompts to add, scan, or confirm the eSIM. Once correctly set up, your device will display the REALLY network, indicating successful activation.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues while setting up your eSIM, consider:
Verifying that your device’s software is up to date.
Ensuring access to a stable internet connection during activation.
Restarting your device to refresh settings. If issues persist, you can contact our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.
