How does payment work for REALLY?

PrivacyPay with REALLY.com

Most carriers collect your payment data and directly tie it to your personal identity.

They require full billing details, run credit checks using your Social Security number, and then store your credit card on file in insecure systems.

REALLY keeps them separate.

When you pay REALLY bill, we don’t ask for your name, address, social security number, mother’s maiden name or any other personal info. Just your card number. Your card information is tokenized, meaning it’s converted into a secure, randomized code that Stripe (our payment processor) processes directly. REALLY never stores your credit card information.

REALLY charges your account in advance so we have no overages, no hidden fee, with no lengthy contracts, and we never lock your phone and you can cancel anytime.

Our partner Stripe will automatically charge the payment method on file when it is time for the next billing cycle, which is every 30 days from when you signup.

  • If your payment method fails, we allow a 5 day grace period to update your payment method before suspending your service.

  • If you fail to update your payment, you will lose your REALLY service and your account will be deactivated.

  • If you need to update your payment method, log into your account at my.really.com and click "Manage Payment."

  • Once your payment method has been updated, your account will automatically renew.
