At REALLY.com plan purchase and service activation are meant to be done all at once. Here are the things you’ll need to get your phone working instantly.

BEFORE you purchase and activate here is what you will need to know:

  1. Make sure your phone is unlocked. see* Is my phone unlocked? How do I unlock me phone?

  1. Make sure to have your transfer information ready if you are bringing over your phone number. See below.

Can I purchase now and activate later?

Yes, you can purchase your plan now and activate later. If you choose to do this you will need to log in using the recovery method (email or phone number) you chose during check out when prompted to make an account.

What you’ll need to keep your number 

If you chose to transfer or “port” your phone number, then you will need to obtain 3 things from your existing carrier (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile etc.,)

  • Account number

  • Transfer PIN (these can expire so make sure to ask if they do!)

  • Billing zip code

Just dial 611 from your cell phone if you need to call customer service to get the information or cannot find it in your online account.
