Enable WiFi Calling

What is Wi-Fi calling?

  • Wi-Fi Calling allows you to make and receive phone calls over a Wi-Fi network instead of relying on a traditional cellular network. Note this is still a voice call function related to the wireless service (opposed to iMessage which works over WiFi on your device regardless of account status).

Why would I use Wi-Fi calling?

  • It’s especially useful in areas with poor cellular reception but where Wi-Fi is available.  WiFi calling is great in big buildings with weak signal, rural locations and basements. Wi-Fi Calling can also improve voice quality and reduce call drops when a strong Wi-Fi signal is available.

How to enable Wi-Fi calling on my REALLY service?

  • To enable Wi-Fi calling on your REALLY service, you'll need to provide an address for e911. Ideally this is your home address so emergency services know where to go, but the address is not verified.  We don't store this information, it is used solely for emergency services.

  • To activate this, you’ll need to log into your account at my.really.com or in our app.

  • Once you’re logged in:

Go to your Billing & Lines > then find Your Lines

Click the settings icon next to the line its for

Click Update e911 address and then confirm
